Cookies and external content
This website sets no cookies, neither for core functions nor for audience measurement or marketing. There is therefore no consent banner. Fonts, images, map and script files are delivered from our own server. The location map loads no tiles or content from external map services. The only exception is the counting script for audience measurement, which comes from our own server at analytics.h24hotels-consulting.com; see the section on audience measurement.
Audience measurement
For audience measurement we use the self-hosted open source software Umami, loaded from analytics.h24hotels-consulting.com. The server is located in Germany and operated by us; no data is passed on to third parties.
Umami works without cookies and without cross-device recognition. Only anonymised information is evaluated: the page requested, approximate origin at country level, device type, screen size, browser and referring address. No profiles and no individual-level analysis are created.
We also count anonymous events showing which sections and buttons are used, for example opening an image or clicking a call to action. Contents of the enquiry form are not transmitted, neither name nor email address, phone number or free text.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in designing these pages to meet actual demand. As no cookies are set and no device information beyond the technically necessary scope is read, no consent under Section 25 TDDDG is required. You may object to this processing at any time using the contact details given above.
Server log files
When the pages are accessed, the web server processes technically necessary access data. This may include the IP address, the time, the file requested, the volume of data transferred, the browser identifier and the referrer. The processing serves secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Contact form
If you use the form, we process your full name, the selected request type, the email address or telephone number you provide, your preferred language for our reply, and voluntary details about intended use and your message. In addition we store the project, the origin context, the call-to-action context and the time of receipt. Your IP address is processed temporarily in memory to throttle automated requests, but it is not stored in the lead file.
The processing serves to handle your enquiry and to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Where details go beyond this and are provided voluntarily, the processing is based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Valid enquiries are stored on a server operated by H24 and delivered by email via Microsoft 365 to the responsible H24 contacts. A failed email delivery does not delete the enquiry that has already been stored.
We delete enquiries as soon as they have been dealt with conclusively and no statutory retention obligations apply, at the latest after 24 months.
Possible transfer to a selling party in Türkiye
Your contact details are not transferred to a selling party in Türkiye automatically when you submit the form. Before any transfer we explain the specific recipient, the purpose, the scope and the applicable legal basis. Where separate consent is required, we obtain it beforehand.
Türkiye is a third country without an adequacy decision by the European Commission. Lower data protection standards and more difficult enforcement may therefore apply.
No transfer for advertising purposes
We do not sell address data and we do not send a newsletter without a separate legal basis. Personal data from the form is not transmitted to the audience measurement system.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it with effect for the future.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is generally the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
